Roz set up Bespoke Mental Health alongside two colleagues, Pamela Myles-Hooton and Sarah Liddell, with the goal of helping to bridge the gap between research and practice. Bespoke Mental Health aims to provide world leading mental health training and services to as many people as possible who could benefit from their work. As part of their commitment to this goal, they provide their services to the NHS and other public and third sector organisations on a not-for-profit basis.
Bespoke deliver the majority of their organisational clinical training on a subscription basis to maximise scale and impact, as well as minimising administration and costs for customer organisations. This has led customers to benefit from cost savings of up to 80% relative to traditional training models.
Bespoke also aims to support companies to implement evidence-based practices in their mental wellbeing strategies via specialist mental health consultancy.
